Our instructors are specially certified in Pre-natal and Post-natal care. We understand the contraindications of each trimester and work closely with your healthcare provider's recommendations.

Protocol: We recommend starting after your first trimester (12 weeks) and only after obtaining verbal or written clearance from your doctor.
