Our Pre-natal classes focus on the "Triple-A" approach: Alignment to ease back pain, Awareness to connect with your baby, and Adaptation to prepare your mind and body for the transformative experience of birth.

Our instructors are specially certified in Pre-natal and Post-natal care. We understand the contraindications of each trimester and work closely with your healthcare provider's recommendations.

Note: We recommend starting after your first trimester (12 weeks) and only after obtaining clearance from your doctor.
