Why The Yoga Panda?

Many people think of yoga as intense flexibility or silent retreats. But we believe yoga should be like the panda: grounded, peaceful, and resilient.


The Yoga Panda was born out of a desire to make wellness accessible without losing its soul. We decided to bridge the gap between "gym-style" yoga and "intimidatingly traditional" practices by creating a space that honors the roots of Yoga while speaking the language of today’s world.
